Before bathing or showering, start gently brushing from the ankles upward in sweeping motions, brush towards your heart. Note, the natural bristles may take a few uses to soften, for the ¬first few uses dampen slightly before use. If you want a gentler exfoliation, the brush can be used in the shower.
Thoroughly rinse and leave to naturally dry in a well-ventilated area.
